2016 AGM

Events - Posted 23/08/2016 17:34

The Chairman James Buckle gave the trustees report for 2015 together with his view of the future.

Craig Hutton talked about the work he was doing and achievements to date introducing some of the participants of Girls Tower who told us what activities they had been involved in during the year.

Zach Corrie reported on the funding support we are getting from the Ipswich Building Society in 2016 and the very generous vouchers for food for our drop in sessions courtesy of Lorna, Morrisons Hadleigh charity champion.

We were entertained by stunning vocal performances from Savannah and Millie who are participants in the Cornard Project Music Development programme.

At the close of the meeting Tracey Loynds from South Suffolk Leisure and Hadleigh Dementia Action Alliance said she had been so inspired by the work of the Project that she would pledge £500 annually for Girls Tower Hadleigh plus a further £500 for a similar group for girls in Cornard.
