Getting others involved

Get your employer and colleagues involved.

Your organisation could nominate us as its charity of the year.

Employees can decide what fundraising events or activities they want to undertake.Your organisation may be able to give us ‘gifts in kind’, from hosting our web site, to sponsoring the cost of our printed materials, or providing equipment or food.

Your employer may run a token collection scheme, allow charities to undertake bag packing at shop checkouts in return for donations, or you may want to ask your colleagues to donate spare change to one of our collection buckets / boxes over a couple of days.

We are happy to come along and give a short talk about the project’s work and its plans for the future.

Do you belong to a community group who fundraises?

You may want to nominate us as the recipients of your summer ball or Christmas raffle.

Or you may want to ask for donations at an event you are organising.

We are happy to come along and give a short talk about the project’s work and its plans for the future.
