Donation Form

Standing order

Individuals:

People can come along to one of our fundraising events, or they can organise a fundraising event to support us. Individuals can also make on-off donations or set up a monthly standing order (link to form). Don’t forget to complete the Gift Aid form as well, so we can collect and additional 25p from HMRC for every £ you donate too us.

Donate at:
https://mydonate.bt.com/charities/theporchproject

You can also create your own BT MyDonate fundraising page for the project through the above link.

Community organisations:

You may want to nominate us as the recipients of your summer ball or Christmas raffle, or you may want to ask for donations at an event you are organising.

We have recently received donations from:

  • Hadleigh Farmers Agricultural Association – £1,750
  • Six Acre Productions - £305
  • Brett Valley Masonic Lodge - £300
  • All Saints Church, Little Cornard - £1,150
  • St Mary's Stoke by Nayland - £700
  • Hadleigh Community Primary School - £158
  • PCC of Hintlesham & Chattisham - £100

Businesses:

There are over 200 businesses in Hadleigh town and outlying business / industrial estates. If every business supported the cost of a young person attending the drop-in centre every week for a year (£378), the project would cover over three quarters of its current annual running costs. Businesses can:

  • Nominate us as their charity of the year. Employees can decide what fundraising events or activities they want to undertake.
  • Provide us with ‘gifts in kind’, from hosting our web site, to sponsoring the cost of our printed materials, or providing equipment or food.
  • Make a donation to help provide our core running costs such as electricity or salaries, or run one of our learning programmes.

The Porch Project is particularly grateful to:
